Celeb Wednesday

Celebrity Wednesday on Top Morning. It is the day when we get the opportunity to make celebrities out of everyday people that have contributed one thing or the other to our lives. There is also an opportunity to ask the celebrity for the week the questions that have been nagging at us.
But first, we had the traffic and weather updates from different places. For places like: Ajangbadi, Ahmadiya, Sango, Agbado-Ijaiye, Ogudu, Ota, Third Mainland Bridge, Berger, Akute, Ketu and Ojota, the traffic was light while in places like: Ojo, Agric, Abule-Egba, Sasha, Akowonjo, Iju, Agege, Mile 2 and Agiliti, the traffic was quite heavy. The weather in most places was cool and some people even anticipated rainfall today.
For the Yarn-Free Zone, we listened to songs from Darey- Not the girl; Infinity- Ife; and Etcetera- Love should last. All these were the different ways Naija artiste expressed their opinions about love. From Nigerian music, we listened to some alternative music.
For Top 9 Moments, Aramide told us about the Central Bank’s {CBN} decision to bar banks from trading foreign exchange sourced from the official market among themselves, in a bid to curb the rising speculative activities in the nation’s foreign exchange market. Next, there was some news about the death of the Chairman, House Committee on Privatization and Commercialization- Hon Ahmed Njidda Gella after a suspected cardiac arrest yesterday. Former US president- Bill Clinton met North Korean leader Kim Jong Il in attempt to free 2 US journalists sentenced to 12 years of hard labour.
The celebrity for today was none other than: Dare Art Alade {Undareyted}. He talked about his life, music and other interests. He also let us in on his up-coming projects; his soon-to-be-released videos; his intended collabo with top international music artistes. he also shared with us that he has a soft spot for artistes like: Jay-Z, Nat King Cole, Snoop Dogg, Beyonce and John Legend. He recently got 2 nominations on the Channel O Music Video Award and we hoping and praying he does bring home one or more awards.
